For entrepreneurs that have specific strategic, tactical and operational needs, we can engage in business on an Hourly, Daily (per Diem), or Per-Project basis.
In the case of entrepreneurs that are looking to join forces with executives, and other business owners, who are very passionate and knowledgeable, we can engage as Partners with exoVentures and leverage our deep experience with early stage start-ups to ensure your long-term growth and success.

Engage as a Business Partner

Based on our very own experience, taking start-ups and early-stage companies, from their first $98.10 sale to $6.8 Million in 3 years, we've come to truly appreciate the expression "Performance, not promises".

One of the biggest challenges start-ups face are the scarcity of talent, funds, and mentors to help make their dreams and passions a profitable reality. This is where our "Performance, not promises" comes into play. We are these scarce resources we wished we had when we where growing our very own start-up companies.

Let's discuss Terms to team up with you as a Partner & Shareholder under the following guidelines:

Engage per Day

In terms of knowledge transfer, productivity and efficiency, this is the most practical form of engagement as it provides one full day's worth of in-person work at your location. This allows for a full and uninterrupted day of focused attention on the task-at-hand, hands-on training, full engagement (individually or as a team), out-of-the-box thinking, referrals, strategic planning, off-the-record communication and much, much more.

Before Engaging per Diem, here's what we need from you...

Engage per Hour

Reserve this form of engagement to accomplish specific tactical tasks, training, or advisory purposes (ie: Quarterly Board of Advisors Meeting). Each minute will be a highly-engaging, practical, and extremely productive interaction totally focused on accomplishing the agreed-upon objectives and deliverables. This option is available when a site visit is not required, or we are within 5 miles of your location, or we can work together over the phone or over a screen sharing session.

Before Engaging per Hour, here's what we need from you...

Engage per Project or Deliverable

Each minute will be a highly-engaging, practical, and extremely productive interaction totally focused on accomplishing the agreed-upon objectives and tasks. This option is available when a site visit is not required and we can work together over the phone and over a remote desktop (screen sharing) session. Passionate and knowledgeable, we aspire to be the type of investors and leaders we sought to have around our own boards when we were building our companies. We offer our management teams our collective insights and operational expertise to support your efforts to build a great company. At least one hour prior to the close of project, we will define clear Next Steps... and agreed upon by all parties. We will follow up with a 30 minute phone call within 48 hours to ensure said tasks are being followed through and to answer any questions.
